Employee Wellbeing Programs, Organisational Training, Management Support Services, Executive Coaching, Trauma Support and Individual Counselling. The suite of services offers organisations a pro-active and preventative approach to wellbeing and mental health, as well as reactive support when needed.
We are enthusiastic and practical in assisting organisations to enhance the wellbeing of staff, and to assess and manage wellbeing risks within the workplace. We aim to educate staff and management about wellbeing and psychological health. The programs aim to empower people to manage the risks to good mental health and wellbeing while motivating them to develop the protective factors.

Headed by Hilary Lindgren. Hilary is a psychologist with 22 years of experience working with both individuals and organisations in Australia and in the UK.
